WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Three simple steps.

  1. 1

    Send a brief note

Share your name, email, and a little about what you’re looking for. You don’t need to explain your whole history.

  2. 2

    Arrange a conversation

Dean will reply within 48 hours to coordinate a free consultation. Sending the form requests a call; it doesn’t reserve an appointment time.

  3. 3

    Decide together

Talk about your questions, the approach, and whether it fits your needs. If you choose to continue, discuss fees and the appropriate first session.

The free consultation is separate from an assessment or therapy session.

BEFORE WE TALK

You don’t need all the answers.

What should I write in the form?

A sentence or two about what you’re hoping for, or a question you’d like to ask, is enough. Please save detailed health information for a later conversation.

Do I need to choose a service first?

No. The consultation is a chance to discuss what you’re looking for and explore a suitable approach. You can also browse the services beforehand.

Is the first therapy session also free?

The introductory consultation is free. Assessments and therapy sessions are separate services. Fees depend on the format and session length; discuss current rates with Dean before arranging a session.

Can I ask about virtual sessions?

Yes. Mention your location and interest in virtual work when you reach out so Dean can discuss the available options.
