HOW I WORK
Thoughtful structure.
Room to explore.
You bring your experience. We work together to find a way into it.
My approach brings together clinical music therapy and The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music. Depending on your needs, sessions may include conversation, music listening, imagery, and reflection.
We pay attention to what emerges and how it connects with your everyday life. There’s room for emotion, uncertainty, questions of meaning, and experiences you haven’t yet found words for.
- A collaborative relationship
- A pace that respects your experience
- Music chosen with intention
- Reflection that connects with daily life
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK
Clinical grounding.
A human connection.

IS THIS A GOOD FIT?
You can start with a question.
You may be drawn to this work if you’re curious about music, imagery, and exploring your experience beyond conversation alone.
You don’t need musical training or a clear idea of which approach to choose. The free consultation gives us a chance to discuss what you’re looking for and whether this way of working fits.
I serve Charlotte and the Lake Norman area, including Davidson, Huntersville, and Mooresville. Virtual options are also available.
