Offerings

sound space collective offers music therapy and The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) in the Lake Norman and Charlotte areas.

If talk therapy has helped, but you still feel something is stuck in your body or emotions, music can open a different path. We work with carefully chosen music, guided imagery, and steady support to help you feel more grounded and more like yourself. Individual sessions, groups, and workshops available, plus select virtual sessions.
