SHARED EXPERIENCES

Something happens
when we experience
music together.

Music can create a space for connection that doesn't always happen through conversation alone.

A shared musical experience can invite reflection, emotional expression, creativity, and a sense of connection with ourselves and others.

Sound Space Collective group sessions are intentionally structured, thoughtfully facilitated, and accessible to people with a wide range of experiences and comfort levels.

Some groups invite deeper reflection through music and imagery. Others emphasize restoration, creativity, or shared connection.

You don't need to be a musician to have a meaningful experience with music.

The format, level of participation, and overall experience can be adapted to your group's needs.

GROUP EXPERIENCES

Three different ways
to come together.

Each experience can stand on its own or become part of a larger program or retreat.

01 / GUIDED IMAGERY & MUSIC

Guided Imagery
& Music
Group Sessions

A shared journey through music, imagery, and reflection.

This depth-oriented group experience uses guided listening and imagery to invite exploration of emotions, personal meaning, and connection.

Participants are supported in attending to their individual experience of the music, followed by opportunities for creative integration and shared reflection.

The experience draws on principles of The Bonny Method of Guided Imagery & Music while being adapted to the needs of a group setting.

Especially suited for

  • Music therapists and students interested in experiential GIM work
  • Wellness and support groups seeking depth-oriented experiences
  • Individuals interested in meaning-making, reflection, and personal growth

02 / CREATIVE WELLNESS

Creative
Wellness
Circles

Reflection, creativity, and connection without the pressure to perform.

Creative Wellness Circles combine music listening, journaling, guided reflection, and group conversation in a welcoming and accessible format.

These experiences invite participants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore creativity as a form of self-care and emotional renewal.

The emphasis is on the process, not on artistic ability or producing something to share.

Especially suited for

  • Clinicians, caregivers, educators, and helping professionals
  • Wellness communities and creative groups
  • Organizations interested in accessible, meaningful self-care experiences

03 / SOUND-BASED RESTORATION

Sound Bath
Experiences

An invitation to rest, listen, and reconnect with your body.

Sound Bath Experiences use live instruments, layered soundscapes, and guided relaxation to create an immersive, largely nonverbal experience.

Participants are invited to settle into the sounds, notice their internal experience, and allow space for rest, grounding, and reflection.

Each experience is thoughtfully paced, with a clear beginning, gradual transitions, and time to return before closing.

Especially suited for

  • Wellness studios and community gatherings
  • Private groups and organizational events
  • Groups seeking a restorative, low-demand music experience
60–75 minutes Virtual or in person Guided relaxation
From $175 Per group session

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

We bring the experience
to your space.

Whether you're planning a small community gathering or programming for an organization, we'll shape the experience around your participants.

01 / GROUP SIZE

Intimate by design.

Standard group experiences typically accommodate 4–12 participants. Larger groups may be better suited to customized retreat programming.

02 / LOCATION

Your space or online.

Sessions may be facilitated virtually or in person. In-person experiences can take place at your workplace, studio, community space, or private gathering.

03 / PERSONALIZATION

Built around your group.

We can discuss your group's goals, background, accessibility needs, and preferred level of participation to create an appropriate experience.

FOR A MORE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

When your group
needs more
room to explore.

Music-centered retreats designed for restoration, reflection, and connection.

Some experiences deserve more than a single session.

Retreats create time to arrive, settle into an experience, explore more deeply, and make meaningful connections before returning to everyday life.

Sound Space Collective retreats are immersive, music-centered experiences designed around the needs and intentions of your group.

They can be hosted at your organization, studio, community space, or an off-site venue.

More time creates more room for reflection, connection, and meaningful integration.

Retreats are especially well suited to groups larger than 12 participants or organizations seeking half-day or full-day programming.

Shorter, customized mini-retreats may also be available.

THE EXPERIENCE

An experience built
around your intentions.

Retreats can incorporate multiple music-centered approaches, with time for individual reflection and group connection.

What a retreat
might include.

Programming is developed collaboratively rather than selected from a fixed agenda.

  • GIM-inspired group listening and imagery experiences
  • Creative Wellness Circles and guided reflection
  • Sound Bath Experiences and restorative listening
  • Grounding and relaxation practices for transitions
  • Journaling, art-based reflection, and simple music-making
  • Group dialogue, intention setting, and meaningful integration
  • Take-home playlists, reflection prompts, or practices

Reasons to
gather.

Retreats can be shaped around a range of personal, professional, and community intentions.

  • Burnout prevention and emotional renewal
  • Support for caregivers, clinicians, and educators
  • Team cohesion and reflective organizational culture
  • Grief support and meaning-making
  • Creative restoration for artists and creatives
  • Spiritual exploration in an open, grounded setting
  • Supportive experiences for survivorship communities

PLANNING & PRICING

Let's design
something that fits.

Retreats are individually designed and priced. Cost depends on the length of the experience, group size, location, and combination of activities.

When you reach out, it helps to share your anticipated date range, estimated number of participants, location, and what you're hoping the group will experience.

From there, I can propose two or three options, such as a two-hour mini-retreat, half-day experience, or full-day program, with clear pricing and a proposed schedule.

GETTING STARTED

Start with an idea.

You don't need to know exactly what the experience should look like. We can figure that out together.

  1. 1

    Tell me about
    your group.

Share your group size, setting, and what you're hoping to create.

  2. 2

    Explore the
    possibilities.

We'll discuss which format, duration, and experiences might best meet your needs.

  3. 3

    Build the
    experience.

I'll provide a proposed plan and pricing so you can move forward with confidence.

LET'S CREATE SOMETHING TOGETHER

Bring your people.
We'll make the space.

Whether you're planning a small group gathering, a wellness experience, or a full retreat, I'd love to hear what you have in mind.
