In this music-guided meditation, you will conjure a ball of healing light that will float around your body bringing healing energy. This connection with the body, the breath, and the music is especially helpful for any pain you may be experiencing. This meditation was recorded for a seated position but you may also lie down for it.

Theta waves are the foundation of the music in this meditation. It also includes a drone and choral accompaniment in the key of D major. This meditation is best utilized when you're finding it difficult to attain a meditative state. Put on some headphones and allow the music to do its work for you. Headphones are required to achieve maximum benefit. This is not music therapy treatment.
